DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Be Healthy Naturally.com.au uses a combination of Australia Post and Fastway Couriers for deliveries within Australia.

It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no-one is home during business hours. Please be sure to include the business name in the address information if you are sending to a work address.

If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising you that delivery was attempted. Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please email us through our CONTACT US service and we can follow this up for you, or check with your local post office as your parcel could be there waiting.

DELIVERY CHARGES WITHIN AUSTRALIA...

We have a flat rate of $6.20 on ALL orders less than 3kgs to ANYWHERE in Australia. Additional kilograms are charged at $1.00 per kilogram.

The final delivery charge will be confirmed during the checkout process before you accept the order and enter your payment details.

GOLD COAST DELIVERIES...

All orders sent to Local Gold Coast addresses will be sent by Fastway Courier. In most cases you will receive your parcel the same day or the next day, depending on the time you order.

BRISBANE, SUNSHINE COAST, TOOWOOMBA, NORTHERN RIVERS...

All orders sent to these areas will be sent by Fastway Courier. In most cases you will receive your parcel the next day, maybe even the same day depending on the time you order.

SMALL PACKAGES FOR DELIVERY TO THE REST OF AUSTRALIA

Packages less than 500gm are sent via the Australia Post Overnight EXPRESS System. Depending on the time you order you should receive your parcel the next day.

LARGE PACKAGES FOR DELIVERY TO THE REST OF AUSTRALIA...

All parcels sent to the rest of Australia will be sent either through Australia Post or Fastway Courier - to ensure you receive the best possible service to the region you live in.

FASTWAY COURIERS...

Please note that Fastway Couriers do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY...

Be Healthy Naturally.com.au uses Australia Post's EMS service. We have determined that this is the best and fastest way to send international parcels as it is fully traceable and all items are insured.

International freight is charged on an at cost basis - our site will automatically calculate the freight charge to your country once you have entered your delivery details. The final delivery charge will be confirmed during the checkout process before you accept the order and enter your payment details.
