Online Pricing

All prices listed on the web site are for internet orders only. The website behealthynaturally.com.au is operated as a separate business unit, with its own costs and pricing structure. For this reason stock on our website may be offered at different prices to those prices in store. Therefore, prices advertised on the website are not always the prices available in the retail store, and website prices will not be matched in store.

Price Variation

Prices may vary for orders in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers. In the case of price increase, you may cancel the order by giving notice to behealthynaturally.com.au, which must be received within seven days of the price increase notification.

Alternatives to Online Ordering

To minimise errors and improve efficiency please place your orders using our online ordering facility. Other ordering methods include emailing our sales team or submitting your order by fax. If a purchase order is necessary, the order should be placed on-line and followed by a summarised purchase order.

Order Cancellations

All attempts to cancel an order must be made within 24 hours. Cancellations attempted after the order has been dispatched will result in the customer having to pay the shipping and handling charges on the package and the cost of returning the package.

Payments will be processed securely and immediately through St. George bank utilizing our own fully secure eCommerce facility.

Delivery Addresses

Delivery will not be made to PO Boxes;
Delivery will not be made to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by behealthynaturally.com.au

Delivery Arrangements

Orders within Australia are delivered by Australia Post;
All deliveries must be signed for at the time of delivery;
If the address is unattended, a card indicating pickup details at a nearby Post Office will be left.
Goods picked up at the Post Office will still need to be signed for; anyone picking up goods from the Post Office will need to show proof of address or authorisation.

Delivery Charges

Cost of Delivery

Australia: There is a flat rate of $6.20 on all orders under 3kgs anywhere within Australia. Additional kilos are charged at $1.00 per kilo.

Delivery Times

Every effort will be made by behealthynaturally.com.au to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delay or loss of shipment.

When an order is varied or cancelled, where possible behealthynaturally.com.au will return any overpayment by the same payment method as received. Alternatively, it will be by cheque or direct transfer. This will only occur after the payment has been cleared. The short payment of any an order should be made by arrangement with behealthynaturally.com.au staff. It is the discretion of behealthynaturally.com.au to delay delivery until all outstanding funds are cleared.

CHANGES IN ORDERS

Orders cannot be changes once they have been placed; we will do our best to correct the order if notified promptly be the customer (by email).

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Damaged or faulty stock received within 14 days will be replaced at no charge. Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of behealthynaturally.com.au, will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer or a full refund will be given.

All products ordered incorrectly by the customer will be refunded if informed within 7 days of dispatch and unopened on return. Postage costs for products ordered incorrectly will be incurred by the customer.

Return Procedure

All goods to be returned, whether defective or not, will require an Approved Return Number before they can be returned. To obtain an Approved Return Number, please contact our staff by telephone on 02 9545 1625 or email to sales@behealthynaturally.com.au.

You will need to supply the following information, which will be on your invoice before an Approved Return Number will be issued:

Our reference number
Name of product to be returned
Date on packing slip or invoice
Reason for return

An Approved Return Number is valid for 7 days, so we must receive the returned product within this period.
